What This Code Covers
Our code of practice sets out the standards we follow across the key areas of our business. These commitments apply to how we sell, communicate with and support our customers.
Marketing & Sales Conduct
We ensure that all marketing materials and sales communications are clear, accurate and not misleading. We do not use high-pressure sales tactics.
Mobile Service Sales
When selling mobile telephony services, we provide clear information about tariffs, contract terms, coverage and any charges that may apply.
Customer Communication
We communicate with customers in plain English. Important information about services, changes or charges is provided clearly and in a timely manner.
Complaint Handling
We have a clear complaints procedure in place. Complaints are acknowledged promptly and we work to resolve issues fairly within a reasonable timeframe.
Fair Treatment
All customers are treated fairly and with respect. We do not discriminate and we take reasonable steps to ensure our services are accessible.

Business Telco Ltd is obliged to operate within the regulations applied by Ofcom. The following General Conditions are particularly relevant to how we conduct our business.
General Condition C7
General Condition C7 regulates how communications providers are able to market and sell fixed-line telecommunications services to customers and how we must handle service migrations and home moves in respect of such services.
