Choosing a handset for your business

Buying a phone outright keeps the handset purchase separate from your airtime decision. The listings above show the handset price including VAT, with the excluding-VAT amount alongside it. Compare the phone cost with the separate rental and terms of any SIM contract you are considering. An outright purchase does not establish that a particular SIM, network service or finance arrangement is included.

Compare the exact model and storage

Start with what the person using the phone needs: calls and messages, business apps, photographs, document access or work away from a desk. Then compare the exact model, storage capacity and colour on each product page. Storage is a variant choice; a specification or image for the wider model family does not by itself establish the details of the selected handset.

Consider how much content needs to stay on the device and which work applications it must support. If your organisation uses device management, particular accessories or a specific SIM arrangement, confirm those requirements for the exact variant before ordering. Do not assume compatibility simply because two handsets share a brand or model name.

Read the product details before deciding

Check each product's stated specifications, condition and warranty information rather than assuming the same terms apply to every phone. Review any stated box contents too. If a detail you need is missing or unclear, contact Business Telco before making a purchase. A product being listed is not a guarantee that it is currently available to buy.
