Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. The delivery charge and estimated delivery time are shown on each product page and again in checkout before you pay. The estimate is in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Areas we deliver to: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE) or Guernsey (GY) postcodes.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full to your original payment method.

Changing your mind (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the handset, without giving a reason. Tell us you wish to cancel by email or phone, then return the handset within 14 days of telling us.

You may open the box and handle the phone as you would in a shop to inspect it. If the handset is returned in a condition that goes beyond what was needed to inspect it (for example, it is damaged or has been set up and used beyond inspection), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows. We will refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the handset back (or evidence you have sent it).

Return address: Business Telco Ltd, 15 Main Street, Normanby. Scunthorpe. DN15 9HY

How to return: To arrange a return, email [email protected] with your order reference and details of the item. If it is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please describe the problem. Business Telco will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Change of mind: If you are buying as a consumer, you may cancel your online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You are responsible for the return postage. Please return the phone with its supplied accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Cancellation refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will refund any standard outbound delivery charge paid. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: Contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate return, repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or incorrect. Consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a refund; other statutory remedies apply after that period. Before returning a phone, back up your data, remove your SIM and memory cards, and remove personal accounts and security locks where possible. If a fault prevents this, tell us. Package the device securely and retain proof of posting. Contacting us for return instructions does not limit your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. The consumer cancellation terms above apply to consumer purchases; business purchases are subject to the applicable business sales terms.

Business customers buying in the course of their business do not have the statutory 14-day cancellation right, but you can contact us and we will consider returns case by case.

Faulty handsets

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a handset is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, and within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement first; if that fails you can claim a refund. Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault.

Manufacturer warranty

Any manufacturer warranty is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory rights against us. Warranty coverage, length and how to claim can differ by the handset’s regional model number, so each product page states the warranty for that exact model once it has been confirmed. If no warranty is stated on a product page, the handset is not yet on sale.
