Understand your first payment and monthly bills
Initial payment
The remaining calendar month is charged pro rata from activation, plus the following calendar month in advance. The amount depends on the activation date, so it will usually differ from one month’s rental.
You review the itemised rental and VAT before paying. If the expected activation date changes, the periods and any payment already received must be reconciled.
After that
Your ongoing rental is £34.99 per calendar month including VAT, plus applicable chargeable usage. You authorise subsequent bills to be collected from your saved card.
This is an ongoing service, not a one-off purchase. Final chargeable usage can be billed after the service ends.

Questions before you choose
Can I keep my existing number?
Tell Business Telco you want to keep your number when enquiring. We will confirm the transfer requirements and timing before arrangements are agreed. Do not cancel your existing service before checking the transfer process.
When does billing start?
Rental starts on activation. The date used for an initial quote is an expectation, not an activation guarantee. A change to that date requires the rental periods and any payment already received to be reconciled.
Why is my initial payment different from £34.99?
The initial payment covers the remaining days of the activation calendar month pro rata, plus the following calendar month in advance. You review the itemised amount before authorising payment. It is not a one-off SIM purchase.
How do monthly card payments work?
You authorise Business Telco to store a payment method securely through its payment provider and collect subsequent monthly bills from that saved card, including applicable chargeable usage. This is a continuing payment authorisation, not a Direct Debit mandate.
What roaming is included?
The offer includes EU roaming with a 25GB data allowance, subject to the applicable destination list and roaming terms. Ask us to confirm your destinations before relying on roaming. Do not assume every European country or every type of usage is included.
Can my bill exceed the monthly rental?
Yes. £34.99 is the monthly rental including VAT. Calls, texts, roaming or other usage outside the included allowances may be chargeable under the applicable tariff. Standard UK calls and texts do not mean every number, service or international destination is included. Confirm the exclusions and charges before ordering.
How do I cancel?
You can give 30 days’ notice after day one, with a 31-day minimum. Cancellation is not immediate. Any applicable switching and cancellation rights are separate from these notice arrangements. We will supply the offer terms for review before you order. Final chargeable usage may be billed after service ends.
