Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
Returns and cancellations
If you buy as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the handset under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the handset is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Opening the box to inspect the phone does not on its own remove your right to cancel.

Do I need a SIM plan or contract to buy this phone?
No. This is a one-off outright handset purchase. Business Telco SIM-only plans are available separately if you want one, but they are entirely optional.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. The main price includes VAT at 20%. The VAT-exclusive figure is shown underneath for business buyers. Nothing extra is added at checkout.
Can I cancel or return my order?
